Admin security and docs

Optional multi-factor authentication for admin sign-in, PWA install on the dashboard, split artist commission reports, and this release notes section in Help.

• Optional MFA for admin accounts (Settings → Users), including shop-wide Enforce MFA
• Install TatShop Admin prompt on the dashboard (home-screen / PWA on supported devices)
• Release notes in Help — what’s new for each TatShop version

• Artist commission reports split into appointment commission and royalty commission
