Booking emails

Pre-appointment email handles consent forms; calendar views add a reset control; confirm reminders show the artist.

• Calendar reset — button on calendar views to return to the current period

• Bookings emails — consent form requests move to Pre-appointment email (Settings → Bookings); removed from New booking email and the create-booking checkbox. Scheduled pre-emails include the link when enabled and the form is active; manual sends unchanged.
• Confirm reminder — artist name in email appointment details when assigned (SMS unchanged)
• Bookings reminder settings — menu order follows the appointment timeline
• MFA settings — clearer explainer text
• Minor UI tweaks and bug fixes
