Signing in

Access the admin with the username and password created in Settings → Users.

Steps

1. Open /admin/login on your shop URL.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. If MFA is required for your account, open the email sent to your recovery address and enter the 6-digit sign-in code. Codes expire after about 10 minutes; use Resend code if needed.
4. After signing in you land on the Dashboard. Use the admin bar to reach other areas.
5. Open your profile menu and choose Log out when you are finished on a shared device.

MFA and trusted browsers

When Require MFA is on for your user (or Enforce MFA is on for the shop), TatShop emails a code after a correct password. After you verify once, the same browser stays trusted for about one week so you are not prompted every time. Use a private window or clear site data if you need a fresh challenge. Owners enable MFA under Settings → Users — see Users and permissions.

Access

What you see depends on your role and permissions. Owners see everything. Staff and artists see only the modules granted to them — see Users and permissions.
