Install TatShop Admin

Add TatShop Admin to your phone or tablet home screen for a full-screen app experience (without the browser address bar).

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open admin in Chrome (not Firefox or another browser — Add to Home Screen only works properly from Chrome on Android).
  2. Sign in and open the Dashboard.
  3. Open Chrome’s menu (⋮) and choose Install and create shortcut (or similar) and follow the prompts.

Open the new home-screen icon to launch TatShop Admin full screen.

iPhone or iPad (Safari)

  1. Open admin in Safari (not Chrome or another browser — Add to Home Screen only works from Safari on iOS).
  2. Sign in and open the Dashboard.
  3. Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Open the new home-screen icon to launch TatShop Admin full screen.

After install

  • Sign in the same way as in the browser (username, password, and MFA if enabled).
  • The install card hides itself once you are already running as an installed app.
  • Uninstall from your device’s home screen like any other app shortcut if you no longer need it.

After completing a sale using Square, the Square app might redirect you to your web browser instead of the app. If this happens you can just switch back to the app and the sale will still process fine.
