Stock

Receive deliveries, count stocktakes, and reverse adjustments. Requires the Products → Stock permission.

Tabs

Under Products:

1. Receive stock — enter Receive qty for each line, then Save receive.
2. Stocktake — enter Counted qty, then Save stocktake. Lines that already match are skipped.
3. Adjustments — history of receives, stocktakes, and POS write-downs. Filter All / Receives / Stocktakes. Use Reverse adjustment to undo a mistake (also reverses related write-downs).

Tips

• Prefer receive and stocktake over editing stock numbers on the product when fulfillment inventory locks are on.
• POS write-downs create adjustment history — reverse from here or from the write-down order.
• Reports → Stocktake report lists tracked SKUs with stock and when they were last counted.
• Reports → Stock as of date exports quantity on hand from movement history.
