Portfolio

Manage finished work and available flash designs for the storefront galleries.

Work

1. Upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF for the portfolio gallery.
2. Set a sort order; higher numbers appear first.
3. Add an optional caption and tags for filtering on the storefront.
4. Use Select, then tap images to publish, hide, set sort order, or delete in bulk.

When two or more booking artists have portfolio tags, the storefront portfolio can filter by artist.

Flash

1. Add designs on the Flash tab — separate from finished portfolio work.
2. Publish or hide each piece; hidden items do not appear on the storefront.
3. Mark a piece as taken when it is no longer available to claim (it stays visible with a Taken label).
4. Use Select, then tap images to publish, hide, set sort order, or delete in bulk.
5. Customers claim available flash via the contact form; you get a link to the flash item in the notification email.

Claim button and Taken label text are edited in Settings → Content. Page title and body are in Settings → Pages → Flash.

Storefront

Portfolio and Flash are standard pages you can enable, reorder, and edit in Settings → Pages. Flash starts off for new shops — turn the page on when you are ready to publish designs. They do not affect product listings or checkout.
